Acceptance is simple when you don’t want to face your fears. Think about career titles. People who don’t grow or get promotions have held the same position for years.

Social anxiety gets thought of as an external problem. It’s the people who surround you or the loud nature of the environment. Yet, withdrawn habits don’t change for long in fresh places and circles.

Except for when you decide to refresh your personality.

You don’t have to be a socially anxious person forever. It’s not a debilitating character trait chained to your ankles for life. Here are two habits to become socially brave despite your shyness.

Extended confidence

Sun Yi is an entrepreneur who founded Night Owls, a Forbes Agency Council. In one of his videos, he talks about being super shy in high school. He couldn’t even raise his hand to get permission to use the bathroom.
